Open Government and Participatory Governance Regional Dialogues – Zamboanga

The Regional Dialogues aim to: 1. Craft a local agenda for advocacy to the national government for consideration under the 5th cycle of the P-GP National Plan (2019-2021), based on the outputs of previous Regional Dialogues 2. Identify national government programs that can be adopted at the local level 3. Update the non-government participants on the status of the national government programs prioritised by the P-GC and OGP 4. Disseminate information and clarify issues on the shift to Annual Cash-Based Appropriation reform measure The Commission on Audit will be a resource person for Session 3: Updates on National Government Programs - Citizen Participatory Audit.
